Who doesn’t love chocolate pudding, am I right?
Unfortunately, the average chocolate pudding is anything but healthy, sure it has calcium, but who cares (don’t get caught up about things like that, look at the product as a whole) when it’s full of refined sugar, preservatives and fillers!
But I have a recipe that will allow you to love chocolate pudding and eat it too!
Full of potassium to help break down and use carbohydrates, medium chain fatty acids to ramp up your metabolism, stress busting magnesium, antioxidants to fight aging, and fiber to keep your digestion humming this pudding is a nutritional powerhouse that contains zero refined sugars!
Chocolate Velvet Vegan Pudding
2 small Avocados
1 ripe Banana
4 soaked Medjool dates
4 tbsp raw cacao
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Sea salt to taste
Maple syrup to taste, only if needed
Simply add everything to a blender and pulse slowly until smooth. You can add a little water or maple syrup if you need to thin it.
* If you don’t have time to soak the dates you can use maple syrup to sweeten.
PS it’s kid approved, the only thing your kid will taste is the chocolate! This video is proof! lol
