Hi Ciara. I have people ask me about counting calories and counting points all the time, and when I say none, they are always shocked! People are so focused on the weight watchers approach…and going to the gym to burn it off so thank you for reinforcing this! 🙂
I have found in the last year when I buy food with labels, I am much more aware of picking labelled food with ingredients I understand. But yes you are right, the best food comes without labels.
Oh and by the way I tried to actually say hi to you as I thought you could hear me!

No. I never decide what I am going to eat by what exercise I need to do. I base it on how it makes me feel and the enjoyment I get from eating it.
I heard the sweet potato was amazing and I want to try it too!!
It’s so amazing. I just bake them in the oven (prick with a fork) for an hour on 425, then they are so soft and sweet on the inside. yum

Food prep on your days off or on weekends helps keep you eating healthy all week! I am often tired on days I work, so if I prep on my days off I have healthy go to snacks and meals to go to when I am to tired to put the effort into it! I find keeping raw almonds in the car for a quick go to snack between meals on the go so your less tempted to grab something fast food/junk food on the go!
