What does “not dieting” mean anyway?

Note: I’m not saying you can’t have a croissant every once in a while. But what you eat 80-90% of the time is what is determining your health. So things that cause inflammation or cause spikes in your blood sugar need to be avoided the majority of the time in order to thrive.

Nobody can be healthy and consistently eat food with little to NO nutrition.

Remember, just because someone is thin, doesn’t mean they are “healthy”. A thin person who has a very low nutrient diet is at just as much risk, or more, than someone suffering from Obesity.

It’s not just what’s on the outside that determines your health.
