There isn’t a label to describe the basis of the food you’ll eat on this program. It’s really just about Real Food and having my expert knowledge guide you to figure out what works best for your body. Some recipes include meat products, but man are totally vegan. There are also lots of substitutions recommended. I will note there is very little cow dairy or wheat if at all in the recipes as I find many people don’t digest them well.
