  1. I have a question about food…in a pinch, sometimes I will be nitrite free, organic lunch meat such as turkey or ham from the deli. Is this still considered the “bad lunchmeat” since it is nitrite free and organic? I’ve been curious what your thoughts are on this? P.S. Love following you! So inspiring and informative!
