  1. Hi Ciara. I have people ask me about counting calories and counting points all the time, and when I say none, they are always shocked! People are so focused on the weight watchers approach…and going to the gym to burn it off so thank you for reinforcing this! 🙂

  2. Food prep on your days off or on weekends helps keep you eating healthy all week! I am often tired on days I work, so if I prep on my days off I have healthy go to snacks and meals to go to when I am to tired to put the effort into it! I find keeping raw almonds in the car for a quick go to snack between meals on the go so your less tempted to grab something fast food/junk food on the go!
