    I love eating clean but the prep sometimes doesn’t happen. Do you meal prep one day of the week?

    I also want to add in that its natural to eat a little less at dinner if you had a bigger lunch and there is nothing wrong with that. Doing that is intuitive. It’s when you restrict and eat less as a form of “punishment” along with a negative dialog in your head that I’m talking about.
